ITAC registration in short

What is ITAC?

ITAC is the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa. It controls who may import and export goods, and it issues permits for goods that are controlled.

Who needs to register?

Any South African business or person that wants to import goods into the country or export goods out of it for commercial purposes needs to be registered as an importer or an exporter.

What does it cost?

Dynamic Legal charges one fixed fee of R18 500 for the full ITAC registration. You know the price before you start and it does not change as the file moves along.
